Who builds and installs the buildings?
Our Certified Kodiak Builders will build your structure onsite in your backyard. They have gone through a rigorous certification to prove that they have the skills, experience, capabilities, knowledge and attention to detail to take on your job and provide the highest quality building in the industry.
What is the quality level of these buildings?
We build all Backyard Offices to the same high standard as traditional residential home framing and construction.
Is the foundation and electrical included?
Yes. We include the foundation and electrical hookup for no additional cost. You can choose between a concrete block foundation, gravel pad foundation, or for an additional cost you can choose a permanent concrete slab foundation.
Are Backyard Offices manufactured?
No. We build on-site right in your backyard in less than 4 weeks using the same techniques and materials used in residential construction.
Can I customize my Backyard Office?
Yes! We are able to accommodate most customization requests.
Do customizations cost extra?
Sometimes. Most minor customizations can be done for no additional cost, while major customizations generally require some price modification.
