Onsite Visit

A Kodiak certified builder will greet you on site to assess the space and plan the build.

Build and Electrical Hookup

In under 4 weeks, your custom space with insulation, drywall, paint, lighting, heating/air, luxury flooring, electrical hookup and home grade windows and doors will be complete!

A Smooth & Simple Timeline

With Kodiak Backyard Office, you'll get your fully insulated, heated and air conditioned, electrical hooked up office with custom paint, trim, and flooring in 4 weeks.

Week 1: On Site Visit

A Kodiak builder will meet you at your home to assess the property and discuss next steps.

Week 2: Exterior Buildout

Our Kodiak builders will create the foundation, build the entire unit, and hookup to your home's electricity.

Week 3: Interior Buildout

The insulation, floors, lighting, drywall, paint and trim will all be completed.

Week 4: HVAC

A licensed technician will install a mini split for your AC/heat to the unit
